The SABENDER team
Emerging research illuminates menopause’s hidden toll on women’s happiness and engagement at work. Sleep difficulties leave women exhausted. Anxiety and brain fog erode confidence dealing with high-pressure responsibilities. Perhaps most critically, women describe feeling unsupported by leaders and colleagues who lack understanding.
Without proper support, productivity suffers, and it undermines resilience and work happiness. With understanding and accommodation from the workplace, this can be prevented.
At SABENDER, we strive for an inclusive culture where women feel valued & motivated to use their talents and to develop their skills.
We empower women by:
providing them access to quality education and training;
helping them to make informed decisions about their health;
training them in leadership, decision-making, and business.
Besides inspiring women themselves to be included, we also provide organizations the tools to retain and develop female talent.
We believe inclusion and diversity are both crucial to thrive. It’s not enough to just have diversity – true success comes when diversity is paired with a real commitment to inclusion.
By inspiring and including women together, we can create a better world focusing on trust, belonging and purpose. Let’s reflect today on the importance of equal opportunities and empowerment for women.
We are proud to have participated in the ‘Wellbeing at Work Summit’ in NYC on March 12, hosted by Peloton for Business. It was a day full of networking, interesting key notes and inspiring sessions.
Sabine gave a presentation on how AI can be a positive driver for improved and more embedded well-being strategies at work. It’s safe to say human beings don’t always act rationally – so let’s understand the emotions behind motivation and decisions to strengthen engagement, retention, and talent development. We discussed the opportunities and challenges of AI’s role in the Future of Work, using compelling practical examples.

Healthy stress, also known as eustress, refers to a positive form of stress that can motivate and energize individuals, leading to improved performance, growth, and resilience. Unhealthy stress, on the other hand, often referred to as distress, is a negative form of stress that can be harmful to mental and physical well-being.
Imagine you received a phone call that one of your loved ones had been in an accident. It would be absolutely normal to experience feelings of stress after getting this news. You would want to make sure your loved one is okay and not alone; you would want to rush to be with them. It is also safe to assume that these stress levels would go down once your loved one starts recovering.
